Southdown Village has backdoor trash pickup which means that you can place your cans by your garage door for pick up. This does not apply to Recycling trash cans. Both trash and recycling can also be picked up from the curb if placed out the evening prior to trash collection. All cans are to be placed back out of view no later than the day of services provided.

The pool is closed on Mondays. For a full pool schedule, login to your homeowner portal through Vantaca.
Harris County Sheriff Department Vacation Watch
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has a Vacation Watch Request Form, that allows citizens to complete the necessary information and request, at their convenience.
CLICK HERE to go the Vacation Watch Request Form. Once you complete all the necessary information, hit submit at the bottom of the page.
Once submitted, the form will automatically route to the appropriate district and be provided to the officers that patrol that area. While on vacation, should any of our deputies discover something suspicious, we’ll contact you on the numbers provided.
