Community Center Now Open for Reservations

Reservation Requirements:

Applicant must be a resident in good standing, at least 21 years of age.
The assessment account for the applicant’s property must be current.
The applicant must be present during the event and is responsible for the Community Center use.

Reservation Limits:

One reservation per quarter, with a maximum of four per calendar year per household.
Reservations must be made at least 10 working days in advance.
All reservations are first come, first served.

Rental Hours:

Clubhouse access is generally available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on the day of your reservation.

Please note: The CCA Board reserves the right to revoke, limit, or prohibit use of the Clubhouse at any time.

Baseball Field Use

Please check the calendar for availability of the baseball fields and to submit a reservation request. Field 1 is closest to the Community Center and Field 2 is closer to the drainage ditch. Please make sure to list which field you are requesting to reserve. The online request is on the calendar page but you will also need to sign and submit the agreement below.
