Welcome to Southcreek Village!
Southcreek Village is a well-established community made up of 1,573 homes. Residents enjoy four beautiful parks that are complete with playgrounds, picnic tables and a gazebo. Southcreek Village also has two well staffed pools and a splash pad for the youngest residents. If you’re into fitness, we boast of over five miles of walking trails throughout our neighborhood.
Harris County Sheriff Department Vacation Watch
Great News! The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has updated our Vacation Watch Request Form, allowing citizens to complete the necessary information, at their convenience, and just hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. The form will automatically route to the appropriate District and be provided to the officers that patrol that area / contract. All you need to do is go to our website at www.harriscountyso.org , go to “Services” then “Public Programs” and tap on “Vacation Watch”. Complete all the necessary information and hit submit. We’ll take care of the rest. While on vacation, should any of our deputies discover something suspicious, we’ll contact you with the numbers provided.
Board of Directors Meeting
The Southcreek Village Community HOA board of directors will hold the next board meeting on November 17, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 7750 Autumn Laurel, Houston, TX.

SOLID WASTE PICKUP AND RECYCLING INFORMATION
Trash pick up is Tuesdays & Fridays. Recycling pick up is Tuesdays.
Southcreek Village has backdoor trash pickup which means that you can place your cans by your garage door for pick up.
They will also collect trash from the curb but it can only be placed out the evening prior to trash collection.
All cans are to be placed back out of view no later than the day of services provided.
Southcreek Village participates in a solid waste pickup and recycling program with all of the Copperfield neighborhoods.
The Copperfield Community Association (CCA) handles all solid waste and recycling contract issues.

Below is a list of approved paint colors for Southcreek Village. We cannot put a color sample because a scanned color does not always exactly match the actual color. This list is for homeowner information. The color sample information is from Sherwin Williams but you may take the information to Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ace or any other paint store and have them match the color. Actual color charts/wheels are available at the Copperfield Community Center.
