I am putting in a formal request for use of baseball field 1 on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm for the following weeks:

On behalf of the Third Coast Gators, I would like to formally request use of Field 2 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning August 7, 2025, through October 16, 2025, for our team’s fall practice sessions.
Additionally, once the Special Olympics program vacates Field 1, we kindly request permission to shift our practice from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on that field, maintaining the same days of the week.
