I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request the reservation of Field 1 on behalf of our youth baseball team, the Third Coast Gators 10U.
We would like to reserve Field 1 every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, beginning immediately and continuing through June 28, for our team practices.
In addition, we would like to express interest in the possibility of sponsoring Field 1 and assisting with its ongoing maintenance. We take pride in our community and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of the field in any way we can.
Please let me know if the field is available during the requested times, and if there are any forms or further steps we need to complete regarding the reservation or sponsorship opportunity.
