ARC Application
Do not schedule any work prior to obtaining approval. Please plan ahead and submit your request at least one month in advance as the ARC has 45 days to review all requests. No improvement will be considered for review and is automatically denied and returned to the owner if the application is incomplete. A complete application must include applicable sample materials or specifications of the proposed project. Please ensure you submit with the application any photos, plat maps, plans, paint or roof samples.
