Please be advised that the Association now has a new portal website.  Please make sure to register on this site to ensure that you receive any new community information.  This new site will have the ability to send broadcast text messages as well as emails.  It will also contain the Association’s governing documents, forms, and other helpful information.  You will also be able to see your individual account details and submit ARC applications.

Westcreek Village Pool Rules
  1. No running or rough play.
  2. No glass container or alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area.
  3. No diving in shallow end of pool (less than 6 feet).
  4. Rules for diving board:
    • Only one person allowed on diving board at one time. 
    • All divers must dive straight out – not off to the side of the diving board – then quickly exit the diving area.
    • No back flips.
    • Goggles are not to be worn when going off the diving board.
    • Floatation devices (including life vests) are not to be worn when going off the diving board.
  5. No pets permitted in pool area.
  6. Proper swimming attire required.
  7. Cocoa Butter, baby oil, and other heavy suntan oils are not permitted in the pool.
  8. Diapers are not permitted in the pool.  Use approved swim diapers.
  9. Members must sign in all guests and be responsible for their actions.
  10. All non-swimming children must be supervised by a parent or guardian always within arm’s reach.
  11. All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  12. All swimmers under 18 years of age will be out of the water.
  13. The baby/wading pool must be vacated during this break.
  14. Lifeguard has the final authority on interpretation of rules and of appropriate behavior of members and guests.
  15. Only two (2) guests per residence permitted.

Please note the following information
regarding pool parties:
  • Only Westcreek Village owners in good standing are permitted to schedule a pool party.
  • Parties are only permitted during hours that the pool is not open to Westcreek residents.  The pool hours are posted above. 
  • Owners must contact the pool management company listed above  to schedule the party and must be approved through Graham Management. 
  • Any and all fees for the party must be paid for by the owner scheduling the party, including costs for additional lifeguards.
  • Owner must clean up and remove all trash and debris from their party.

Architectural Review Control
 
All exterior changes require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee.  Please use the form below to submit for approval.  Please be advised that an unapproved change can be required to be removed or changed back.
