| COPPERFIELD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION |
| What is the Copperfield Community Association (CCA)? This master or umbrella association is responsible for all contracts and maintenance that benefit the entire community. This includes, but is not limited to - security patrol, trash removal, landscaping, the management of the Community Center and the streetlights and maintenance along all of the major thoroughfares throughout the neighborhood, the entries and along Highway 6. One member from each Village Board of Directors is appointed by their Board to serve on the Copperfield Community Association's Board of Directors. An election of Officers is held annually. The membership percentages are determined by the number of units (both residential and commercial) in each village. The number of units determine the annual fees paid to the CCA from that village, therefore, the larger the number of units a village has the larger the membership percentage. Board meetings are typically held once every six weeks. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. More information about the Association or their meetings can be obtained by calling SCS Management Services, Inc. |
