The Southdown Village Community Association Fall Garage Sale will take place on October 15th.  Please be sure to have your email address registered with the Association's website and notifications on so that you can be apprised of any possible changes.  Owners can participate in their own driveways.  Any signs placed in the community must be put out and taken down the day of the event and all items not sold stored out of view the same day.  Please note that this is the only time that garage sales will be permitted in the community.

 

Always take safety precautions when hosting a garage sale.  Have multiple adults working the garage sale, lock the doors to your home, close your garage door, and wear an apron or a smock to hold your change instead of using a cash box.

The Southdown Village Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm via zoom video conference.  Owners are invited to attend and observe. There is also a brief homeowner forum where owners can address the Board with general questions and concerns.  Please keep in mind that this would not be the forum for discussing matters involving your property or issues with neighbors; those must be scheduled in advance to be addressed in a closed session.

If you are interested in attending the meeting you can register with the zoom link that is sent via email.  You must be registered with the HOA website here in order to receive these emails. 

 

Occasionally these meetings are canceled so it is recommended to contact our office to confirm that the meeting is taking place.

The Westcreek Village Board of Directors meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month, with the exception of November and December, at 6:30pm at the Forest Heights meeting room.  There is a brief homeowner forum at these meetings during which time owners can ask questions relating to the community.  Please be advised that this is not the time to discuss matters involving individual homes; a hearing must be requested in advance to discuss such matters.  You can request a hearing by emailing the community manager.
