The Westcreek Village Board of Directors meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month, with the exception of November and December, at 6:30pm at the Forest Heights meeting room.  There is a brief homeowner forum at these meetings during which time owners can ask questions relating to the community.  Please be advised that this is not the time to discuss matters involving individual homes; a hearing must be requested in advance to discuss such matters.  You can request a hearing by emailing the community manager.  

 

Occasionally these meetings are canceled so it is recommended to contact our office to confirm that the meeting is taking place.  It is also recommended to register with the Association's website to received all the most up to date and important information about the community.
