The Southdown Village Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm via zoom video conference. Owners are invited to attend and observe. There is also a brief homeowner forum where owners can address the Board with general questions and concerns. Please keep in mind that this would not be the forum for discussing matters involving your property or issues with neighbors; those must be scheduled in advance to be addressed in a closed session.
If you are interested in attending the meeting you can register with the zoom link that is sent via email. You must be registered with the HOA website here in order to receive these emails.
Occasionally these meetings are canceled so it is recommended to contact our office to confirm that the meeting is taking place.
